Question changing coolant tubes with bbk ssi intake?

hey guys im going to be getting a bbk ssi intake for my car and i was wanting to know if i will need new coolant tubes like with a ls6 intake?
or are the stock ones going to be ok?

if you have an 01-02 car you will be fine. Any other year and you'll have to convert to the new style or smash them with a hammer

i've got a '99 and I was fine when installing it.... no issues...

BBK on my '00 SS, no issues here either with the LS1 style coolant tubes.

Put one on a 98 SS and a 98 C5, didnt touch the coolant lines on either.
