Well, since our move is done and we are all settled in, things are getting too busy for us to handle with our current crew. I am looking to hire 1 salesperson for a part time or possibly full time position.

First and foremost customer service skills and proper phone etiquette are a must. This is more important than what technical knowledge you may or may not have. I am willing to work with someone to develop the technical knowledge as long as they are driven to take care of my customers.

Please PM or email me if you are interested.

Thanks,
Shane

Edit: We are looking for someone to work in our retail store (Baton Rouge, LA) answering phones, taking orders, and dealing with tech questions. You have to be a jack of all trades but especially good at dealing with customers on a personal level. Hard work and long hours are the norm here and are expected but we have a good time here so its usually not an issue.

Ha! I wish...We do need someone physically here though!

Attitude is king here. Self motivated, good natured personalities are what I'm after with more of a traditional work ethic. I was brought up in the early seventies so I guess I'm getting old and a little old fashioned too :D

Damn, it's a shame you guys are down there, I have a heavy CSR resume with an automotive twist.

Good luck!

This is very interesting for me.. I've been thinking about how nice it would be to have a job doing what I love to do and what I'm best at. I have 6 years of counter sales/route sales/telemarketing/customer service experience. The biggest thing for me is the pay.
