Default FTP lid

So.......anyone have problems with their FTP lid hitting the hood? I cant close the hood last inch, it hits the lid.....?

Minor rubbing here, but the installation sheet commented that certain vehicles may have hood interference. I don't recall what the resolution is though.

No rubbing on mine either. You sure your TA isn't a Camaro in drag? This issue only seems to be happening on a few Camaro's. Scroll toward the bottom of this page under Important Installation Notes

I had no issues on my T/A with the Raptor hood. I've got an MTI lid on my Camaro though.

mine rubs a little bit too, but at least my hood still closes the same, they said the camaros were known to do this, was your car ever wrecked?

Well Im pretty sure my hood is an aftermarket WS6. Today I put my non WS6 upper radiator support back on and the hood will shut but I think it will still rub the lid. Ill have to look at my buddies WS6 and see if his hood is different on the underneath side.

The hood on my camaro wouldn't close when I first put my ftp lid on, I just moved the bottom part of the hood latch up a little bit and it closes fine now with no problems. It still rubs a little but that is no biggy IMO.
