Default Lets talk direct port

1. What size tubing is ideal for after the dist block? 3/16?

2. Is there a speacial type line for doing these applications such as double walled brake line?

2.5. If there is a different line where can the line be purchased from?

3. Is there any support bracket for the dist block or does the block support the lines off the hard lines?

4. Is there a kit for tapping the intake manifolds where it be a sheet metal intake or a composite.

5. Is one noid fine for the whole set up or is it better to have seperate noids for each set up.

6. When doing a direct port kit like this is who of the owner to install EGT sensors in all the primary tube of the exhaust to get accurate reading on each cylinder?

7. When doing a set up like this how far colder plugs should you go too? Or does that depend on the size of the shot.

8. Best place to buy a dual split block meaning nitours on the top with 8 outlet and then fuel on the bottom with 8 outlets. HSW has a few dist blocks but they are only four nozzles. And they will get pricey to do it that way.

9.What type of flares are used in such application double flare, iso

This is going on the serect build motor. LS2 block forged internals.

are you serious?? Why dont you just buy a whole kit. By the time you do all that half *** stuff you just listed, you could pick up the phone and just order a new kit...

Yes, 3/16" is most common

You want annealed stainless steel
2.5. If there is a different line where can the line be purchased from?
Summit sells rolls in varying lengths, I used 20ft for my DP install. A few of the sponsors sell pre-cut lengths with one end flared already.
3. Is there any support bracket for the dist block or does the block support the lines off the hard lines?
No support bracket, the hard lines hold everything up.
4. Is there a kit for tapping the intake manifolds where it be a sheet metal intake or a composite.
You just need a tap (and correct bit size) for your nozzles, 1/16" NPT is common. A few of the sponsors sell them if you can't find locally.
5. Is one noid fine for the whole set up or is it better to have seperate noids for each set up.
Depends on what solenoids and how much you're spraying.
6. When doing a direct port kit like this is who of the owner to install EGT sensors in all the primary tube of the exhaust to get accurate reading on each cylinder?

7. When doing a set up like this how far colder plugs should you go too? Or does that depend on the size of the shot.
Depends on size of shot, compression ratio, fuel octane etc. TR6 or one step colder are most commonly used here.
8. Best place to buy a dual split block meaning nitours on the top with 8 outlet and then fuel on the bottom with 8 outlets. HSW has a few dist blocks but they are only four nozzles. And they will get pricey to do it that way.
Nitro Daves has one, this is the one I used on my kit:

9.What type of flares are used in such application double flare, iso

37 degree single flares, get a good tool because the stainless will tear up cheap tools

Most answers in red.

One off is the best way to go. IMO

Well that about sums it up now doesn't it. LOL.
Thanks for the help.

Is there any risk of cracking in the lines from vibrations with no support on the dist block?

Nope......the dist block is real light. Those 16 stainless lines coming out of it could probably hold 20lbs without breaking a sweat.

I found a brand new kit for cheap and then bent everything to my liking. the easiest way is to buy a whole kit from somewhere or else you'll be searching for parts everywhere. the tubes that are already have the flares in them make things a lot easier.
