Default LS2 Turbo build - Opinions/suggestions

Allright gents, Goal 600+ to the ground, on 93 octane.

Short version...

Stock long block LS2
TC 78/.96ar
CXRacing - 28 x 8 x 3.5 (22 x 8 x 3.5 core) 2-1/2 inlet/oulet
Turbonetics Racegate (45mm)
Turbosmart Race port 50mm BOV
3" down pipe

Hot side piping:
Going to try a manifold setup first IF that's a no-go I will build a log style or header.
Log manifold as follows:
*1-1/2" or 1-5/8" primaries
*2-1/2" main tube up to flange
*2-1/2" crossover pipe

Header
*1-1/2" or 1-5/8" primaries
*Burns collector or similar
*2-1/2" crossover pipe

Cold side piping:
*2-1/2" from turbo outlet all the way to TB
Not sure on this one... if I should get reducers to take it up to 3" or not? The factory TB being 90mm so it will have to at some point in there.

I don't think I'll have a problem from what I've searched on and read, but just want to make sure on the hot side & cold parts.

So with all that being said... good to go?

I would go 3" in and out on the intercooler.
The gate is fine but for the money I would go JGS 50 if they can deliver.
3" cold side pipe.
The log or header would work, obviously the header would be better.

I would only got to 500 on pump with out meth if you want it to live a long life. They are fine well beyond 600 with good fuel or lots of meth if using pump fuel.

I really wish I could find an IC with 3" inlet outlets that will fit in the space I have but I've come up short. Would be a whole lot better to neck up right after the the turbo to 3" and all the way to the TB.

I think I have fuel covered, as far as getting it there, either going to go with a 255 intank with 60's or step up to a Stage 1 system from Nasty performance with my 60's. I did figure at some point meth would come into the equation, just want to get the most our of it til that point, if it's 500rwhp so be it.
