Default SFI Flexplate Needed? Or Stay Stock?

Got a 00' T/A with 43k miles, putting in a converter, cooler, built trans etc. Since it's sitting right there I thought should I replace it with a SFI Flexplate like from Speed Inc. or TCI or just leave it stock? Thoughts???

I tried searching didnt come up with anything.

I'm still using the stock one....but it wouldn't hurt to upgrade if you got the cash to spare.

Might as well upgrade while you have everything apart

It's good to spend the extra money on added safety. Never can go wrong there. I'm putting a TH400 in my car and I'm going with the one from Speed Inc.

I am running the stocker but can be sure that the next time the tranny or converter have to come out I will be upgrading mine. Since you are in there probably a good time to go ahead and do it if you have the extra cash.
