PRC or TEA spring kit vs COMP 921 kit?
Just wondering on quality comparing these. With the Comp kit costing nearly twice the price. Where is the advantage here? The comp springs, the Ti retainers?? Or are the other 2 kits just a better value ,without sacrificing quality? opinions?? Just wondering what to assemble my bare TFS heads in. Thanks

No they are not the same..... Matt needs to go get out a set of Calipers and measure each one of these springs and retainers. Some of the measurements are off .050" between the springs.
Don't lie to make your PRC parts look better than they are.... anyone who has disassembled a head running both of those springs would choose to NEVER run one of those spring setups again after pressure testing them and measuring them.

I have a set of 921's and a set of PRC spings in the garage. I just went out and measured them both.
Now the measurements tell the tale
1221 Spring
1.300" OuterOD
.895" Outer ID/Inner OD
.655" Inner ID
754 Retainer
1.235" OD
.860" 1st Step
.610" 2nd Step
PRC Spring
1.290" Outer OD
.945" Outer ID/Inner OD
.675" Inner ID
PRC Retainer
1.235" OD
.910" 1st Step
.660" 2nd Step
Those don't match up!!!!

Thank god PAC makes the real versions! (1221 & 1521) PSI has a nice little spring that's the same relative sizes and rate, you guys going to claim that's the same spring as well?

Yes I do think it would stay around. As a mod, I'm able to see deleted and moved threads. I'm on here every day and I have never seen anything moved or deleted related to these springs.

Sorry guys, maybe I shoulda posted which are the best all round dual "drop in" valve springs? I believe like I said before the TEA and PRC kits are the same spring right? Also same is the Patriot extreme golds too correct?? Just want to know what I should go with. I mean the Comp 921 kit is soo damn pricey. These will go on my TFS 215cc bare heads which my cam will be the VRX4. Has anybody bought the PRC or TEA spring kits ( springs, seats, ti retainers, seals,) ?? Any problems??? Do these springs die after one season of driving. I need to know HONEST answers sometime in the next few weeks please guys.

Not to mention all the spring kits he is mentioning are the exact same thing...... just ran into a guy who had to replace his TFS spring kit due to the springs being down on seated pressure and some had sagged... doesn't matter who sells them they are all the same springs with the same issues. I think he took WKMCD's advice and went with the 1521's.
Must be..... Matt@Texas_Speed deleted his posts after it was proven he was lying... that's pretty shady. I don't care if the site did it, moderator or the big $$$ sponsor did it, it shouldn't happen or guys like him will keep making posts like that.
