Building a stock short block lq4/317 headed boosted motor. As the car sits now it has my combo for running on motor. It has 4.11 gears, 28x10.5 tire and 3800 stall converter. If possible id like to keep the gear/stall combo and buy a cam to work with thoes 2 pieces and turbo and get it working together. I know ill still have to change things down the road to getit to run at its max but i wanna get the car close to it as i can. So do i run a bigger cam built for boost or what? Any suggestions? I know i can go and call someone and get a custom ground cam but seems like everyone i talk to "knows his ****!" Im more or less looking for actual replies of people close to this and what cam/power there making.
