Default Help! Found a small spring after oil change(pics)

I changed my oil the other day and attached to the magnet at the tip of the drain plug I found tiny metal shavings and a long, very thin spring. I expected metal shavings but not the spring.

I've had the cam in for 10k miles.

Valve seal spring. Might want to replace it before you start burning a bunch of oil.

Thank you. Any idea on how long or hard it is to replace?

It's as easy as looking at all the valves and seeing which one is missing the spring. After that it's fixed by removing that spring, taking a pair of pliers to remove the old seal, take the new seal and lightly tap it on with a socket. Reinstall the spring and you're done.

Not sure about the valve spring seal but I'm thinking it looks like the inside spring from the front or the rear main seals.
