ok guys/gals! got my 95 camaro up & running a few days ago, still not right, so i tore it back down, but anyways! i have no brakes basically! i got maybe an inch on the pedal, have to stand on the brake pedal for it to actually do anything, all of the vaccum lines r/were hooked up at the time, so im just wondering y the brakes arent doing thier thing! now the rotors r a bit rusty & look like they could be turned, but ive never had brakes quiet like this, any help would be apreciated!

do you mean its a very hard pedal, and you have to stand on it to push it down, like the motor was turned off? or do you mean the pedal goes all the way to the floor before it starts to brake.
first thing, probably air/water in the lines. bleed and flush all the old fluid out with new fluid, then try it.

no idea. never did one. i think the hardest part would be the bleeding of the master, then the lines. and making sure you dont bend or break a line when removing.

With the enging off, pump up the pedal until it is solid, then start th car and the pedal should drop. If it doesn't, then the booster is not working.
