Default Stock rocker arm lost its bearings???

I was replacing the pushrods in my car the other day, and noticed one of the rockers had alot of slack in it. It turns out that the bearings had fallen out of one side of the roller. Is this a common problem with higher mileage ls1's? My car has 88k miles and is mostly stock. Is my motor ok? The rocker was on the #2 exhaust side. Will my other rockers fail too?

It happens, just replace it and fish the needle bearings out of the oil pan.
