Painting Over?

Painting Over? I'm looking at buying a 99 Firebird Formula with only 63k miles for pretty cheap. Only problem is the original owner had color changing flames painted on the car. I'm wondering if I could just take it somewhere and have the flames painted over for a decent price rather than repaint the whole car. What would something like that cost?
