HSW single nozzle Install help

HSW single nozzle Install help Ok well im ready to drill into the bellow to mount the nozzle. Just wanna make sure im not gonna mess this up..On the directions it says there is a kit with a 1/8 drill bit and a tap tool. Is this actually required? Could I just do it myself with my own 1/8 bit? help me out guys!

Which bellow are you using? Stock or SLP?
The SLP bellow is easy, stock is not.
I've seen some people drill through the maf end and tap it when using a stock bellow.

the drilling and tapping part is for if you are using a metal air intake. you drill right through the smooth bellow. you definitely need to use a bigger drill bit than an 1/8th".

ok nice thats what I figured. Is the nozzle supposed to be sticking all the way to the middle of this intake though? Looks like it wont go in but 1-2 iches.
I should use a bit thats around the same size as the nuts that threads up to the nozzle correct? Then have one side insde the bellow and the other nut on the outside holding on the nozzle? sorry if thats sounds confusing

no it doesnt go into the middle of the bellow. just tighten the nozzle as much as you can in the nut. that it all the further it is gonna go. also i dont know if it is required but i put red lock tite on the nozzle retaining nut. i wanted to make damn sure that couldnt come off and go into the throttle body.

Alright got the nozzle put on. Actually had to grind down my bellow a little bit so the bolt would screw on.
Anyways for the fuel line. Do I unscrew the shrader valve and screw the nitrous line directly onto the fuel rail? Also with it not being wired, the noid will be closed correct? Or should I wait untill everythings wired up to screw in the fuel line?

You will need to remove the valve first.
The tool is a couple dollars at autozone.

you remove the schrader valve with the same tool that you use to remove a valve stem from a wheel. simple take the valve out and screw your line from the fuel solenoid directly onto the fuel rail. do yourself a favor and get a rag and bleed the pressure off of the rail before you take the valve out though.
