just saw my first one in person this past week at a gas staion here in plainfield IN and i was pretty impressed looked alot better in person than on tv i still prefer the 98-02 style ss better though as all i saw diff about this ss was the badge that said ss, car also had michigan plates on it idk exactly what that means if it were on a long test run or being delivered somewhere like that idk but im def with hlaalu on the fact that they look like family cars they just dont look sporty just big and bulky why couldn they make it look a lil less like the new mustangs/challengers?

im a little dissapointed by the pictures, they dont look very aggressive from the rear, but i guess theres a lot of room for adjustment, ill postpone my judgement for now... still havent seen one in person

IMO Nothing about it appearance wise say "uuhh i REAAALLY want to to buy one" it is just too plain. The back end makes me want to yawn and as much as i like the head lights and hood it isnt enought to make up for those giant square looking bumpers that look like they came off a Tahoe or something.

im kind of with you guys, they really dont look menacing enough, anyhow pretty excited they are finally making it, but with production numbers that low you will have a better shot at seeing a zr1 then a new ss.
btw anyone see the z28 spread in the new motor trend?
