Tweaked 5.3 Power Level?

Tweaked 5.3 Power Level? Hey guys,
I am maybe looking to boost a 5.3 and it seems that these can make a solid 475-550 whp bone stock (minus fuel injectors and whatnot.) I know it is recommended that you upgrade the rod bolts after somewhere around that power level.
What I am wondering is how much power can you make with all new fasteners for everything? I am talking about ARP rod bolts, main cap bolts, and head bolts. Head gaskets and bearings would be updated too.
