Default Question about Headers

There's tons of topics and info on the cheaper pacesetter headers on here but not enough info on the higher priced headers like kooks. I'm looking to buy some and decided I'd take the advice and spend the extra money on some kooks but I don't want to spend $300 on a friggin ORY. Is there a way around buying their ORY and still be able to fit their 1 7/8" headers to the stock exhaust?

I'm also interested in the QTPs because they're a bit cheaper than kooks. Same question about the QTPs, what Y will fit stock exhaust. Also if possible I may be looking for a catted Y.

^^^^^^^^Buy a flowmaster merge and have one fabbed. The QTP Y is an ill fitting piece and big $$$$ for an aluminized piece.
