TFS recommends HS IIRC but I like YT Ultralites because they are lighter on the tip.

Theirs 2 versions of the TFS heads, the first version using 7.700" pushrods would only work with roller rocker, the newer version that uses 7.500" pushrods can work with factory rockers to a point, i've put together a few packages for customers using comp Cams XE lobes (xtreme RPM) and factory rockers. Should you choose to use factory rockers, I would stay away from quick ramping high lift lobes normally associated with LS1 combinations.

hope this helps?
