98 z28 m6

Hey guys, I'm looking at getting a 98 Z28 Black, t-tops, with 120,000miles. It has Patriot Stage 2 LS6 heads, and a 228/230 .585/.585 112 cam. LS6 intake and TB, Pacesetters and a LM1. The tranny was built a 2000 miles ago along with a Ram power grip clutch. It also has 17x9.5/17x11.5 TT2's

I'm giving 8k for it. Sound about right?
