Default street driving a cheetah?

i was looking inot the turbo action cheetah shifter for my th400. the car is a 550whp + 300n2o. i heard the cheetah is about the best raceing shifter, but how is it for some minor street driving? thanks for the help

I run the Cheetah and a reverse manual trans brake valve body with a TH400. It works great. With the manual VB, you have to remember to shift it up and down, and if I had a ratchet shift or had to pull handles or push buttons it would be a pain on the street. The Cheetah is not like that, you just slide it to what gear you want and it works great.
It worked out nice with my stock A4 console with some trimming.
