Default Touch Up Paint removal

Hey guys, when I first bought my car there was a minor scratch in the front left right above the wheel. My dad tried to touch it up with the touch up paint and now it stands out pretty good. I was wonderin if there is any way to remove the paint. Ive already tried buffing it but that didnt help. Thanks for the info guys.

This is what I used to minimize a touch-up spot on my car:

3M Professional Formula
Perfect-It II
Rubbing Compund
(Fine Cut)

It comes in a dark grey bottle, available at Pep Boys.
I also used this stuff to remove the "AVS" logos from by taillight blackouts.
I hand-rubbed it with a soft cloth.
I then followed it up with:

Meguiar's
Deep Crystal System
Step 2 Polish

It comes in a red bottle, also available at Pep Boys.
I also hand-rubbed with a different soft cloth.

Be care with these compounds, especially the 3M compound. It is fine-cut, but it can still remove alot of material.

This didn't get rid of the touch-up paint, it just blent it in better.

But I wouldn't recommend it.
