Can i use low inpadence injectors with factory PCM?

I have 55 lbs injectors but they are low impedence.Can i use them on a car with a factory computer? Which is the difference from low impedence to high impedence injectors? Thanks for the help.

You can use them by either wiring in resistors on to the wiring of each injector or by using an injector driver box a few company's make them.
