Disconnect fuel lines (or just flip entire fuel rail up onto windshield)
Disconnect all wiring harness clips, set harness aside. (including trans, starter and O2)
Disconnect front brake lines from ABS
Disconnect steering shaft
Disconnect Y pipe from headers
Unbolt AC compressor from Acc bracket, tie back to keep it out of the way.
Remove driveshaft (cap/bag trans, it will bleed all over once tilted)
Disconnect tranny cooler lines from radiator
Disconnect oil cooler lines (most remove the oil cooler alltogether and leave it off)

That's all I can think of.
Lower is slowly so you can keep the AC compressor out of the way and avoid breaking anything you forgot.
Remember to cap all fluid lines so they don't leak and make a mess.
Take lots of pictures, so you know where things belong.
Keep all bolts/small parts in ziplock bags with labels.
Thanks James. heh
