New to the ls1 game (98 vette)

Whats up guys im a first time owner of a 98 vette im having problems with my fuel pressure, i just installed a new fuel pump and the pressure is still low. It cranks over but it acts like it has no fuel. Any advice or tips i can use?

New fuel filter too. I have seen them 100% clogged actually. Check that 1st before you get too technical. Why did you change the pump? Low fuel pressure or no start?
