Default Are these the same part?

I am ordering a new engine but i am told i need to reuse my stock balancer/damper. Is the SLP underdrive pully a balnace/damper as well or are these two totally different parts? What is best for a gm ls6 crate engine?

The LS is internally balanced so it's just a damper/pulley.

Absolutely. I would get an underdrive pulley. Make sure you get a new bolt, and it's best to use an install tool when you go to install it to keep from damaging the threads in the crank.
