Havent seen the kooks 1 7/8 in person but a buddy bought a set of ARH for his BB mod motor build.. The quality was insane. Fitment and finish was the best i have seen.

I had kooks on my WS6 I used to have and the quality was great. They werent the easiest to install though. I now have the ARHs for a C5 that I havent installed yet but the quality looks awesome on them to. I don't think you can go wrong with either one.

Would a 2'' header on a 300 shot nitrous motor be too much? are would 1 7/8 work?

If it's stock cubes I think you could get away with 1-7/8's if it's bigger i'd go 2"

My Wife and I installed Kook's on my car 3 years ago...finish , fitment, quality are outstanding....would recommend them to anyone.
ARH seems to have a great product as well. A friend put them on his WS6 and said they were very easy to install, fitment is excellent, and the finish from what I can tell is as good as Kook's.
Can't go wrong with either header....however my loyalty lies with Kook's.
