Default Rocker question

im getting new complete heads( TSP stg 2.5 5.3heads),and new lifters, my cam (tsp 228R, 588lift intake and exhaust) and pushrods(manley stock length) are about a year old, should I upgrade my rockers or judge depending on condition? if I replace, what ones would be a good recomendation, and what ratio? What ratio would make my cam "bigger" (what would the durations be?)and would I have to replace pushrods?

The stock rockers work very well with GM head castings like your 5.3's. If yours have a lot of miles or look worn you can pick up a low mile used set in the for sale section.

With the XER lobes on your cam you should stay with the stock rocker ratio anyway.
