The 255 pump should be enough for that power. As for the cats, I would just ditch them unless you have strict emissions testing then go for the high flow cats.

If you go open loop speed density you wont need any o2's at all. Just a wideband to tune it.

upgrade your springs buddy... even tho you have a relatively tame cam, use the .660 lift springs with some ti retainers and hardened pushrods. the pushrods are a well known weak link in these motors and also there will be far more pressure on ur springs with the boost than the ls6'rs can handle. the guys on ls1truck.com all haave turbos and can answer any of these questions in seconds for ya... good luck

You don't need to run speed density in order to shut off the stock O2's. You can run open loop with a MAF. Just have to make sure that the open loop fueling table is setup correctly. If you turn off the O2's without fixing the OL table, your car will run PIG rich.

I would think that you might need a larger or a second wastegate. The 38mm might be a little small for your application though I could be wrong... If you stay with the 38 for now I suggest you set the boost to about 5psi and run the car and see if the wastegate can keep up to check for Boost creep.

Good luck,
-John
