Default Moroso Valve Cover Gasket Issues(leaking)?

Has anyone else had any issues with getting the Moroso valve covers to seal?
I spent all weekend pulling my passenger side valve cover 12 times!
We have tried two new GM gaskets, even silicone and all, and they still won’t seal.
The heads are brand new TEA TF 235’s.

Each time the engine warms up to around 180 degrees the gaskets want to push out/bubble out on the bottom of the passenger side head.
It seems like pretty much the same spot each time as well.
The passenger side has a breather on it, so I am very confused as to what is going on here.
At this point...we are going to measure the head and the valve cover with a straight edge and go from there.

If anyone has any help here, it would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Justin
