I know I know, the 10 bolt isnt going to last and I definitely will need suspension but tell me what you think for now!

Sounds good, I would go for the the arp head studs. Gaskets I would go with a GM mls head gasket. My cometics have been great but they are picky about how smooth the block deck and and heads are. One more thing for the list sub frame conectors, lca's, panhard rod, and torque arm.
