Default mech or elec gauges??

i was wondering which gauges are better?? im getting tranny water temp and oil press. which ones would be the best?? thanks

Mechanical gauges would mean having to run coolant and oil lines to the gauges.
Electrical gauges... just a wire or two. MUCH easier and safer.

Yes, mechanical gauges are for dragsters, not safe at all for our cars. Only get electrical. Easy to hook them up too
