Mounting and balancing. Prices? Any locations in the bay area?

Mounting and balancing. Prices? Any locations in the bay area? I've called up a couple places to mount and balance my tires, (285/35/18 and 275,35,18) and mostly all of them said it was 25 per tire. Is this an average price to mount and balance? Or are these guys charging too much?
