Default Exhaust with a procharger ?

Right now I have kook's 1 3/4 LT's 3'' ory and a hooker catback. My dual fuel pump should be here next week and I hope to make it back to the dyno to finaly spin this thing to 6,800. Before I go I was wondering if a cut out in the exhaust would be worth the money. Anyone have any dyno results cut out closed vs open. I'll be at 12#'s of boost once I can get more rpms.

The good ones are pricey and I don't think you'll get more than 10HP up top with one added to your setup. Maybe spend the money on a 50-shot?

On dyno day, you could always drop the exhaust after the ORY and test out your theory.

Thanks man. No no2 for me. I was just thinking if the $500 would get me 20-30 rwhp I would do it before my next dyno visit. I always hear the hooker CB is one of the best flowing CB's N/A but wasn't sure if it was holding me back with FI.

The Hooker cat back is one of the least restrictive on the market. Bob

Its not obnoxious loud either. Has a nice mellow tone when crusing and get loud at WOT. Thats what I have and love it. Ive had 6 different exhaust setups on my car and this one is my favorite.

+1 for Hooker catback. It's a good quality, low price, low restriction, decent sounding setup. The only thing I'd change about it is the tips that come with it... easy enough to replace.

Ya, I'm very happy with the hooker CB. I was just woundering if it would hold back a FI car VS N/A. I dont read much about cut out gains for us super charger guys so I thought I woud ask.
