2000 M6 SS MS3 cam and stg 2.5 5.3 heads results
2000 M6 SS. 111lsa ms3 and unmilled 5.3 heads from Texas Speed. OBX headers, 2.5" y pipe into 3.5" i-pipe and cutout then into 3" Magnaflow catback, unported 85mm Pro Products intake, Dlove tuned in SD. Cutout closed made 419 rwhp at 6400rpm and 369rwtq at 4700rpm. Cutout OPEN made 441rwhp and 385rwtq. Made over 300rwtq from 2550rpm till limiter and over 350 rwtq from 3200 till rev limiter. Dynoed at Supertune Performance in Stilwell, KS. I did also run 1 N20 run with a 125 shot. Ran into jetting probs though (didn't have the jets i needed to get the afr where it needed) with the .28 fuel jet afr was at 12.9 and with the .33 jet i had it went to 10.0 afr. Didn't have time to run with a bigger or smaller n20 jet. With the afr WAY RICH at 10.0 it only did 522rwhp and 615rwtq. Tq peaked at 4700 and hp peaked at 4200

something is holding ya back..Not trying to knock so please dont take it that way..I have those heads with a 232/238 6xx 6xx 111lsa cam with a ported 90/90 and I put down 426rwhp 407rwt in a A4 with a 4400 stall(5c) and 3:73 gears..before with the same set up but with 3:23 gears and a 3500 stall I put down 435rwhp..I know kinda hard to compare with an A4 but I normally see 6speeds do better with that set up..Maybe I'm wrong hopefully someone here with a 6speed and that set up will chime in

The headers are 1 3/4, but with only 2.5" collectors. The intake, i know is holding back some #'s, but i got a GREAT price on it, and its aluminium, which it better for the n20 and looks cool as well. I'll get a FAST intake in the future, most likely with a new 408 or similar.

441 not bad at all. And low compression on unmilled heads. Good call. As for the tq being low. I know a few cars with ms3's in them and the tq sucks real bad. But overall great numbers for a budget build.
