Default race fuel and timing tuner

Ok, I think I got it straight. I decided to go with a wet kit and stand alone fuel system on my 400rwhp, HC car. I'm running a 125 shot.

With the stand alone system. it's my understanding that no timing would need to be pulled for the first 50 hp. Given I'm running 125. I'm guessing a timing tuner to pull 3 degrees of timing while using high octane fuel should do the trick. Is my thinking flawed? Lastly, I'm being told that the stock fuel injectors will be ok for rougly 525 rwhp. Does everything sound right?

Injectors shouldnt matter with a wet kit and depending on what timing you are running you shouldnt have to pull any but 3 degrees pulled on a 125 with race fuel in the standalone should be fine.

Sounds like you have a pretty good grasp on things. I would go ahead and pull 4 degrees to be safe. Having that extra degree of timing will not make enough difference to matter.
