Default Tach is Still Off After Swap, What do i need to do ?

My factory v6 cluster tach is still off after the ls1 swap. I had it tuned by wait4meperformance but its not right. They tuned it for a "4cycl mode". At idle It shows 1200rpm when i am turning 730rpm, when cruising at 2300rpm according to the pcm my gauge reads 3300rpm.

What do the pulses need to be set to to make it read right ?
