Default Would an identical set-up dyno different between cars?

I'd basically like to know what is the difference in drivetrain loss between a 4th gen camaro and a C-5 Corvette.

Vette has a better exhaust and should make more power.

vette also has IRS that robs more power....

and stock to stock the vette also has bigger wheels...
