Default Cam bearing installation question

I had a set of new cam bearings installed in my LS2 and noticed the oiling holes are now in a different orientation. Should both holes in the bearing have oil being fed thru them or only one? Looks like one hole does not have the oil passage lined up behind it and the other one definatley does.

Only one hole in the bearing will be in line with the oil galley in the block.
