Default My build (custom amp rack, components, etc)

Figured i'd share what i'm doing with my 98Z.

Head unit currently consists of a Pioneer Premier P940MP
Front stage - Memphis Studio 6.75" Components
Rear stage - Infinity Kappa Perfect 6.5" Components

Amps: 4-channel - Memphis Studio 3004 - 75wrms/4 @ 4ohms, 115wrms/4 @ 2ohms
Sub amp - Memphis Studio 1000d - 1100wrms @ 1ohm
Both amps flush mounted in amp rack

Sub - 1 Mach 5 audio 10" (in transit from Canada) 1000wrms @ 1ohm

Here are a few pics of what I have going so far.

Looks great!

Used to have the same amp setup. Link and all

Must be one hell of a 10" to handle that much power.

I almost missed the part that you don't have a sub installed yet.

I was like what the hell, giant amp and no sub.

That looks like it should sound real good.

I would bet the infinity components sound better than the memphis parts....I have the infinity components in my fronts with each tweeter close to each side mirror and it sounds great....Nice system how much was the subwoofer?

Thanks guys, it sounds pretty decent, haven't really had much of a chance to try and dial everything in yet. I've ran both sets of components as my fronts in different cars and I like both sets a lot, I can always change them front to back if I want too

As far as the sub, I just did a bunch or research on a sub that has excellent sound quality, takes 1kwrms, and fits the space requirements of a stealth box nicely. I've seen a lot of favorable reviews for it so we'll see how it is when it comes in from Canada and break it in. The sub is $165 shipped from Canada. Anyone want my Eclipse Aluminum 15's?

On a side note, I should have taken my time more with the amp rack as I'm not exactly happy with how the sides of it look, I could have done a better job of making it fit the contours of the sail panels
