Default what oil pump to use?

doing a lq4 swap? what oil pump should i use for it? would the ls2 oil pump be ideal or what one is best for it?

go with a melling 10295 or 10296.... 10296 is higher volume with higher pressure spring...10295 is stock volume but higher pressure spring

so if i'm running a 6.0 with a ls1 oil pan should i just run the 10295?
