Default LS6 Intake Question

I'm considering purchasing an LS6 intake from a C5 Z06. Based on my searches, it appears this intake is fully interchangeable with the F-bodies even though I have cable throttle control while the Z06 is electronic. Will the throttle cable bracket bolt right up? Thanks.

Yes.. I have a LS6 intake on my 99 LS1.. the LS1 and LS6 intakes should have the same 78mm and bolt pattern for the Throttle Body.

Just reuse your bracket and everything will swap right over

if you want to keep your EGR though you will need to be sure the intake you are buying has EGR i believe.

No LS6 intake has a hole for EGR except those modified by SLP or I suppose you could do it yourself, but who hasnt ditched EGR already anyway?
