With all the time you would spend getting parts, putting it together, all that jazz, its worth it to buy a pre built kit. That way you have all the sensors, jets, warning lights, etc.. and you know its a complete setup.

i am interested also. i looked at the pumps on egay. i dont think it would be to hard. just get the pump, nozzle, boost activated switch and find a tank of some sort. i am sure you can get some plastic tubing from a parts store that would hold the 150-200 psi. you could also use you windshield washer fluid reservoir for a meth tank. i plan on using mine for an intercooler sprayer.

You can pick up a six gallon tank from alcohol injection systems for around $100. Pump is going to be pricy. Lines shouldn't be too difficult, and you could rig it up to a hobbs switch to turn it on. The only downside that I see to this is it wouldn't be progressive unless there is another way?
Honestly if you have the money just buy a kit. I have Alkycontrol and it's a well thought out, pain-free kit

lmao PM me a pic or two and a price mr EngineerMike.. I may want to upgrade mine to a dual nozzle
to the OP- dude, spend a little more and get the alkycontrol kit. That way you know for sure that the pump is rated to handle meth, and the lines are rated for meth (I'd worry about corrosion of any sort of off the shelf plastic lines you would get at home depot) not everything can stand up to methanol. It can be a very punishing chemical on some components. I wouldnt risk my engine to a fleabay pump and some jerry rigged makeshift lines and nozzles. Plus, as mentioned above, you get the tunability and progressive control of the meth with the alkycontrol kit. Add to that top notch customer support from Julio the man- who has been doing this stuff for many years and is more than willing to help any of his customers at anytime with the best attitude I've ever experienced from anywhere.
