How do u change rev limiter with our cars?

What is stock set 2 I think 6200 Correct me ifI am wrong? I wanna go to 6500. What do I have to do? And is it safe with my set up.

After market dualsprings, stock 241 heads custom cam etc.

Rev Limiter

You could purchase the Predator Hand Held programmer or a software program like HP Tuners if you want some real tuning capability. You need to get into the factory PCM via the OBD2 port to make those adjustments.
Revving to 6500 is safe with good valve springs and hardened pushrods.
