Hi i have a 2004 5.3 in my sonoma. yesterday i put my fenders and my hood on it, and a see that part was just touching a little bit the hood so i want to know if it is dangerous to broke it? or if i could modified it? or bought a other one smaller ?

its the evap solenoid, you can take it off it you are not running a evap canister

i think that a evap canister. and because i have this can i can't get this evap selenoid out
