Default Racetronix PnP doesn't match up

I got this 98 racetronix hotwire kit and the plugs do not match with mine, WTF?

The top one is right, but the bottom one has two separate connectors perpendicular to the top plug. Whats the deal with that?

Here's how they have it: http://www.racetronix.com/product/RX.../Dcp_1169a.jpg

It didn't come with instructions, but I found that picture up in the previous post and it doesn't match.

Heres a little better picture and then the harness:

It should connect, I believe you only replace the top connector. The connector is likely different if you have a 3 or 4 channel abs vehicle. My 98 f-car kit looks like yours, (its 4 years old, and never been installed, so I cannot help with the actual install problem)

All of the 98 hotwire kits that I've seen looked the same as the one that I have. I am just trying to get some confirmation that I just use the top one. The way that there's is pictured is not the way that mine is. There should be some sort of note in the instructions, which I don't have and I've only seen the ones on line.

There is only one 8-position gray plug that your sender plugs into beside your diff shown in your picture above.

Remove the red lock and unplug the sender connector from the chassis connector.

Plug the sender connector into the RX harness and re-insert the red lock.

Plug the RX harness into the connector on your chassis and replace the red lock.

I forgot to post back in here. I did that this weekend. All is well. The instructions provided shouldn't have a different picture that has two 8 pin connectors and then using the bottom connector.

I didn't see any fuel pressure increase after the install either. It's the same as it was before.

Thats GM for you they can not make anything universal. But it is the only connector with purple and gray wires connected to your pump assembly.
