Might have oil pump issue.
I have put about 200 miles on my car since I bought it. It has a noise that is louder when cold but you can still hear it when warm. I just changed the oil and it is usually around 30-40psi. But when idling in gear at 500rpm it will go to 20psi when warm and its almost like you can see the needle bonce with each revolution. From my research it seems people say the pump isn't strong enough to pump up the back lifters? My motor has 98,000 thousand on it, the previous owner installed headers and full exhaust, lid. It has 6 codes 4 being oxygen sensors and 2 being knock sensors. My question is also what do the knock sensors do and could they be the culprite of the noise also? Pardon my small LS1 knowledge.

I'm gonna pull the rest of my hair out on this
Is the knock sensor something that should be replaced before or after a tune? Do I need a tune with just full exhaust and possibly a ls6 intake? Should the car not be driven with a bad knock sensor?
