Scan the system, and see if there's some info to be had ???
Original exh system, w/ cat??
Throwing parts at it won't do much good.

well i already scanned it...theirs no codes coming out other then p0106 which is for the air pump that isn't on anymore

no its not original exhaust...i have lts with ory....front 02s are good...rears are deleted..

the reason i threw all the parts was because i bin searching here and around..and those where all possible causes so i just got trough all of them just in case but no fix

Ok. So have you run any datalogs?
When you say "low power", is that seen when on the dyno, or is this a "butt dyno" test?
You say the FP is 60# @ the rail. Is it still in that area when you run it under high load? [FP gauge on the W/S, and drive it.]
If you have the required FP and the engine is running with no load,[very low flow required], does not mean the pump/system is keeping up w/ hi demand.

no not on the dyno....the butt dyno...its a big power difference and hesitation

"it actually happened after i pressure washed my engine bay".
Well then, I'd start with an air supply, some PLASTIC SAFE contact cleaner, and clean, dry all electrical connections. Could be, you have pushed water into some plugs....
