Default tuning for headers?

I know nothing about electonics or tuning, so please humor me.
If I get headers, can I just use predator to fix the KR or do I need to get a shops tune to run good? Won't the diablo be useless or interfere with the tuning if I get it done? Thats if I can find anyone nearby for a *good* tune

Getting headers will not automatically give you KR, you'll have to strap them on and do some logging ..... and you can use your Predator for the adjustmemts you'll need to do or your dealer can certainly get you a tune if you need to adjust your LTFTs at cruise/base

About how much would it cost to get a tune from a dealership?

..typically, GM dealerships do not tune cars....

Specialty speed shops that have access to LS1Edit, for example, can tune your car, however.

See our sponsors; those who have dynos generally do tuning --------> (about $400)

The other option is to buy the program for $550 and do it yourself...
