fuel pump/gauge problem?
stock pump first off.
when i have a full tank of gas the meter has no problem going straight over to the full position. but ive noticed that after i get to half a tank it wants to drop over to empty. there have been a few times that it will climb back to the position in which it should read at. this is only after ive been driving the car for a few minutes.
then i just started to notice that idling at a stop light or in traffic it drops over to empty. the car runs pretty strong and it doesnt seem to starving for fuel.
so do i have a float problem or an electrical problem? also are the stock pumps a single piece pump or is the float a seperate piece?
