TTop Drain channels bad?

TTop Drain channels bad? Over the past year or so. I have a somewhat decent leak on the passenger side sail panel ttop. It basically leaks straight down over the sail panel speaker grill cover. The other side is fine. It needs to be fixed. How much is the weatherproofing? Can i put some grease on the weatherstripping or is it to late? Anyone ever take it to a shop to fix it?
