LS1 and LT1 4L60E differences

LS1 and LT1 4L60E differences I'm in the middle of doing an LSX swap into my 95 A4, now I have a built 4L60E in it already but also have a LS1 4L60E that needs to be rebuilt, and since I was planning on goig back with an auto I had planned to put the 4L60E back in it till I could do a Th400 swap.....now my question is.....since I have the Built LT1 4L60 can I swap those internals out and slid them into the LS1 4L60??? that would save me about 2k for a tranny rebuild, since the LT1 Tras has about 100miles on the rebuild, and no track passes or hard running
